TERMS and CONDITIONS
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH THE CONTACT FORM (click here).

PAYMENT - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. The remainder of your balance will be paid 30 days prior to the date of your event. Failure to do so without prior communication will result in cancellation of your order and loss of your deposit.

QUOTES - After receiving a quote, you will have 48 hours to respond. If you do not respond within 48 hours, I will assume you no longer want your order and your requested date may be passed on to the next client.

HOLDING YOUR DATE - A deposit is required to hold the date of your event.
​
REFUNDS - No refunds on deposits. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Return uneaten/unopened cookies for refund or credit on future orders. Cookies MUST be returned for refund.

DELIVERY/PICK UP - All orders are pick up unless otherwise stated. Delivery is available within 15 miles of Sonora, CA for a $15 delivery fee. $1.50 per mile will be charged after 15 miles round trip. Must be paid prior to delivery. No delivery over 50 miles. Shipping not available.

FORGOT YOUR DATE? - I remind all my customers of their pick up date approximately 5-7 days before their event to arrange a time that works best for them. If you forget, don't worry! You will have 48 hours to pick up cookies. After this time, your order is forfeit. No refunds, no exceptions.

CHANGING ORDER - Order changes may be made before 7 days of your event. After this time, changes may be considered but will include a small fee.
​
INSPIRATIONS - For most orders, I will ask for inspiration photos to get an idea of what you are looking for. They will not be exact replicas, please keep this in mind!
​
COPYRIGHT - With that in mind, characters or logos from themes like Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, etc. will be off the table due to copyright infringement. If you have one of these themes, no problem! We can use the same color palette and incorporate your theme so it is cohesive with your event.
​
LAST MINUTE ORDERS - While I can't always accommodate last minute orders, I do my best! A $30 rush fee will be added on orders placed and paid for 14 days or less of the event.
​
ALLERGIES - Our cottage home kitchen is NOT gluten, nut, dairy, fish, or egg free. I do not offer gluten free or vegan.
​
ONCE YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER, THEY ARE NOW YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. ALL DAMAGE INCURRED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.

All cookies come individually heat sealed to maintain freshness. Cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in packaging or up to 2 months frozen in packaging. Refrigeration not recommended.

STANDARD DOZEN - $54 ($4.50/cookie) - Most popular option. 3-5 shapes, up to 6 colors, metallic details, airbrushing, florals, and detailed piping.
​
SIMPLE DOZEN - $48 or ($4.00/cookie) - Perfect for weddings or large orders. One shape, up to two simple designs, up to 3 colors. Does not include florals or metallic details.
MATCHING RIBBON - $10/dozen - Tie your cookie up with a pretty bow. Perfect for wedding or party favors.

OTHER OPTIONS: If I am booked for your date or it isn't within your budget, no worries! I have these options for you:

- DROP cookies: Jumbo ($4/cookie) or Standard ($2/cookie). Contact for flavor options

- Double Troubles: Salted Vanilla or Peanut Butter buttercream sandwiched between two chewy brown sugar cookies decorated with chocolate drizzle and sprinkles. - $40/dozen
